What you may do with these numbers.
Short version: cite them, link to them, use them in a story or a newsletter. Please say where they came from.
What this is
Aggregate closed-sale statistics for cities across the Dallas and Fort Worth area, computed nightly from North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) MLS data. Medians and averages for sale price and price per square foot, days on market, sales volume, months of supply, and inventory, with two years of monthly history per city.
Aggregate statistics only. Texas is a non-disclosure state, and neither individual sale prices nor any single property's details are published here.
Source and disclaimer
Based on information from the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, Inc. (NTREIS). Data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or NTREIS. Figures update nightly. Nothing here is an appraisal, a valuation, or advice about a specific property.
What you may do
- Link to any page on this site, freely and without asking.
- Quote or cite the published figures in an article, newsletter, report, presentation or social post. Please attribute them to Nail & Key Real Estate Group and link back where that is practical.
- Use the machine-readable feed at /api/market-data for the same purposes.
- Ask us for a figure that is not on the site. We will usually just tell you.
What this does not grant
These terms cover the aggregate statistics published here, which are ours to share. They grant no rights in the underlying MLS data or listing content, which belongs to NTREIS and its participants and is governed by NTREIS rules. Republishing the dataset wholesale as a competing product is not what this is for.
