What this is

Aggregate closed-sale statistics for cities across the Dallas and Fort Worth area, computed nightly from North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) MLS data. Medians and averages for sale price and price per square foot, days on market, sales volume, months of supply, and inventory, with two years of monthly history per city.

Aggregate statistics only. Texas is a non-disclosure state, and neither individual sale prices nor any single property's details are published here.

What you may do

What this does not grant

These terms cover the aggregate statistics published here, which are ours to share. They grant no rights in the underlying MLS data or listing content, which belongs to NTREIS and its participants and is governed by NTREIS rules. Republishing the dataset wholesale as a competing product is not what this is for.

Closed residential sales (single-family, condo, and townhome — leases excluded) in 12 North Texas counties: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Grayson, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, Wise. Medians are computed per city; cities with fewer than 24 sales in the trailing twelve months are not shown individually but still count in the regional totals. Monthly payment figures are estimates (30-year fixed, 10% down, principal and interest only) and not a loan offer.
